When I go to the Pokemon contest (hyper rank) it's say my Pokemon is not able?

You must get the rank before that for you to be able to enter the Hyper Rank.
Your Pokemon needs to have beaten the previous Pokemon contest levels (there are two). Also, it needs to have beaten the same type of contests that you wish to enter.
For example, if you want to do a hyper beauty contest, your Pokemon needs to have beaten the regular and super beauty contests first.
You need to win in the Normal rank, then the Super rank first, then you can compete in a Hyper rank contest.
Make sure the Pokemon you are entering has a ribbon from the previous rank contest.
