Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hey could somebody please help me? I started a new game recently. I am at the town where you fight Flannery I need to no if my tem is any good. here it is:

Grovyle Lv.28
fury cutter--pursuit--absorb--quick attack

Zangoose Lv.29
leer--quick attack--shock wave--slash

Aron Lv.28
rock smash--metal claw--mud-slap--take down(his ability is rock head)

Swellow Lv.29
endeavor--thief--wing attack--return

Minun Lv.28
charm--thunder wave--quick attack--spark


Could somebody please tell me how I'm doing at this point in the game and give me some suggestions for my team. I need a water pokemon for my sixth spot. Also, who should I teach secret power to and what move should it replace.

I suggest you pick up a marill and train it to level 25 in fiery path (this gives you an idea of what fighting Flannery will be like). Once you start the battle with her, use rollout on the slugmas (unless you get burned) and bubblebeam on the torkoal.
For this stage of the game, your team is fine. Delete one of the moves that does no damage if you teach secret power (e.g. charm).
