Question for Pokemon Ruby

Um hi so ...I have a lvl 52 azumirll..lvl 52 medicam..53 blazkin..53 grodon..52 pelliper.. and a lvl 50 aggron...and I can't beat the elite four..I get to the dragon guy and lose on solamence so I need your help..how can I make my team better?

What items? I would really appreciate this thanks.

First You should teach a Pokemon Brick Break. It works great against Sydney.Against Phoebe use Your Groudon or Aggron's Earthquake as they are super effective against Ghost Pokemon. Against Glacia Brick Break should be used as it is
super effective against Ice Pokemon.Against Drake it is difficult.You will have to use Ice Moves Against His Dragon. You should catch Kyogore and Teach him Ice Beam. It is super effective against Dragon Pokemon.
Try to catch a Pikachu in the Safari Zone and Train him to around Level 50 before Evolving Him with a Thunderstone into a Raichu.Now you should these 4 moves for your Raichu. Thunderstike, Thunderbolt, Thunder and Flash. Electric moves are Suffer effective against Wallace's Water Pokemon.Use lots of PP Restore.
You can also make your team better by having Skarmony.It is better than Pelliper.
