OK I have a few things. 1: Is there an AR cheat for a complete pokedex, if so what is it. 2: Is there a cheat for all master rank ribbons. 3: Whenever I beat a master rank contest in a different catagory that artist guy doesnt come until I beat it again. 3: Whenever I do the Pokemon cheats that allow you to have any of your choice that Pokemon doesn't go in my pokedex. Is that supposed to happen?

1. I don't know, but completing the Hoenn Dex (excluding Jirachi and Deoxys) would feel so much more rewarding if you catch, evolve, trade, and breed until it's done. Go out and buy Sapphire if you have to. I got all 200 without cheating.
2. I don't think so, but again, it'll feel more rewarding if you do it yourself.
3. All I have to say is keep trying.
