Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if this was a good team:

Metagross Lv52: metal claw, cut, secret power, psychic

Machoke Lv29: karate kick, low kick, strength, revenge

Raichu Lv54: flash, rock smash, thunderbolt, thunder

Groudon Lv55: slash, earthquake, solarbeam, fire blast

Swampert Lv55: waterfall, surf, dive, ice beam

Rayquaza Lv70: fly, dragon claw, crunch, flamthrower

I'm just training my machoke right now
and another question, where do you find more heart scales?

Metagross: When it learns Meteor Mash, trade Metal Claw for it. Drop Cut for Earthquake.
Machoke: Drop Low Kick and teach Brick Break.
Raichu: Drop Flash and Thunderbolt and teach Rain Dance and Iron Tail.
Groudon: Good for now. When it learns Eruption, teach it and drop Fire Blast.
Swampert: If you're travelling, good, but drop Waterfall in other cases for Earthquake.
Rayquaza: Drop Flamethrower for Ice Beam or Blizzard.

You get Heart Scales off feral Luvdisc.

Well, at least half of it is fairly good. However, there are still several things you ought to do to improve it.
Metagross-I'd suggest you replace this pokemon with a sableye that knows brick break, faint attack, shadow ball and night shade or a kecleon that knows skill swap, brick break, psybeam, and faint attack (If you can obtain both, then use sableye here and kecleon instead of the medicham mentioned below). Also note that both of these pokemon must know brick break or an alternate worthwhile fighting move to be useful.
Machoke-Replace this pokemon with a medicham that knows psychic, fire punch, ice punch, and thunderpunch. Note that I haven't been able to test if this pokemon can learn flamethrower, ice beam, and thunderbolt (after all, it is easier to STEAL HEART SCALES FROM LUVDISC than earn 240,000 currency) so if it can you should teach it these over the corresponding punch. Also, if you can get both of the two pokemon mentioned above use kecleon instead of medicham.
Raichu-Put a latias/latios which knows recover, ice beam, earthquake, and shadow ball in this spot. If you can't get this pokemon, use a flygon which knows dragonbreath, flamethrower, earthquake and crunch in ths spot instead.
Groudon-Teach dragon claw over slash and flamethrower over fire blast
Swampert-Teach strength and earthquake over waterfall and dive or replace this pokemon with one of the dragons I suggested you replace raichu with (only do this if you can obtain both of those dragons).
Rayquaza-Perfect! This move set is only surpassed by raquaza's best utility combination (to get said combination, replace crunch with surf).
