ANSWERS

1. Go to a Nintendo Event like Pokemon Rocks America or something like that.
2. Jagged Pass is right near Flanery's gym. You need to scare away the Rival team away and then you can use the Cable Car to get access to Mt. Chimney and go down to Jagged Pass.

If you know someone with an Eon Ticket in their inventory(R/S/E), you can trade records with them and you'll then have one, too! I don't think you'll see them at anymore Pokemon Events, the games are so old, and they gave that ticket away in Nintendo Power a long time ago, so there's a lot around in games-check with some Pokemon players you know. They won't lose theirs, so tell them don't worry, it just happens automatically, no difference to their game.

First you go to the cable car which is right next to fiery path (to the right) then you go down and stay close to the southern side and there is an opening go down (there are trainers) and when you get all the way down you will probably see a arrow like when your going out of a Pokemon center when you do that you go west and you are there.
