Question for Pokemon Ruby

Okay now I have beaten the Elite Four(like twenty times) and I am at Rayquaza. I have 73 ultra balls and 64 poke balls.

Can someone please tell me how to catch Rayquaza?

I really need help. Thanks to whoever is going to answer that and please answer soon. Really appreciate it.

Give Rayquaza a status condition. DON'T give him Burn or Poison though. Sleep works best. Make sure his health is in the critical zone(red) then start chucking your Ultra Balls like crazy. That's really all you can do, there isin't a definite capture, except if you want to use the Master Ball already.
