Go to Pacifilog Town then surf East(right) then move up a little, then if you can manuver through a path of rocks, you should see a tower, that's Sky Pillar.

Go east of pacifidlog town, stay as close north as possible, and you'll eventually see an opening in the rocks, and then go north to sky pillar

To the right, there some big boulders and theres an opening there. The find your way up.

Once in pacifilog town surf to the right, and then you will hit some rocks make your way through them and you will get there.
