I still cant find Latios(I don't know which one is on Ruby!) anywhere!..

Question for Pokemon Ruby

I still cant find Latios(I don't know which one is on Ruby!) anywhere!! All of yall are saying,"I found it in front of the Safari Zone" or," I found it between Lilycove City and Sootopolis City in the Southern islands." Don't get me wrong, yall may have. It's just that it gets to confusing for me!!!!

I looked all around the Hoen region, but I can't find it anywhere worth a CRAP!!!

I already beat the Elite 4 two or three times. So is there any thing else I need to do so that it will appear and I can battle it and catch it??

If there is, can you please post it up here for me?

Did you watch television downstairs at your house? If you didn't, you won't find it!

Make sure you watched the TV on the ground floor in your house first. Dunno if that affects it though. Fly to lilycove and then go into the grass to the west. Search around there. If after about 5 random battles you should have run into him (the lati's appear at a high rate). If not fly back to lilycove city ($10 says people dont understand that). Just keep trying and you'll sooner or later run into him.

Just walk around the Hoenn Region doing whatever you want (looking for shinys, completing your item collection, beating trainers, winning contests, etcetera etcetera). Eventually you will run into it.

It just takes a lot of patience. Keep trying and you'll find it. By the way, it's Latios on Ruby, and Latias on Sapphire.
