How do you get a level 5 Latias? I know you can from serebii.com.

Use a modifier code and then catch the lati in route 101 where it's level 2 or 3.

Latias can only be caught at Lv:5 by using a GS/AR code. Otherwise, she's at Lv:40 (Southern Island, Lv:50)

I think you will have to use a cheating device, like a gameshark/action replay.

Seeing as such would require cheating, and I kinow for a fact that Serebii.net does not cover that subject, don't trust whatever you read about a level 5 Latias on that site.

Use a Cheat Device like AR or Game Shark. That's definitely the only way to get a Level 5 Latias, b/c they don't breed and you can only catch the "real" one at Level 40 in the game.
Question: Why does everyone seem to think serebii.com is the god of something? Are they "all knowing" there? Everyone knows what they're talking about and no one ever makes a mistake or repeats PokeMyths there? Then why is anyone here? If they're the supreme being of websites, why go anywhere else? Just because you read something somewhere does not mean it's true!!! Try American History for example-Columbus didn't discover America, but that's what the books & teachers tell you. They also say FDR was a great president, but he's caused this country to fall into this financial mess we have now and all the high taxes, and turned us into communists practically. And I bet your history books won't tell you that The Founding Fathers all grew marijuana, but it's true-G.W. & T.J. were growers of hemp; it was a major crop in America at the time.
I have some great waterfront property to sell you in FL, a few bridges in NY, and some wooden nickels, too, if you believe so easily...learn to research things, not just trust what you hear or read with no investigation!
