Is there a way to catch wild deoxys and jirachi without a gameshark or action replay?

ANSWERS

I think there is a way to get jirachi (if thats how you spell it) but you need to get to mystery island which can be attained on route 130 once that the man at the bottom of picifidlog town on the east side say he can see it but for jarachi you would need action replay or game shark codes. I hope I helped

You could go to nintedo event and get the ticket or you could get jirachi and deoxys from a friend by trading. Thats preety much what you can do to get those two Pokemon without cheat device

Jirachi you can get through that bonus disc with Pokemon Colossieum. Deoxys you must cheat to get.

Deoxy: you can onlt get him by useing cheat devices or get him from a Nintendo event but there isnt goin to be another one of those for Ruby so cheating is your only answer.
Jirachi: you can get him by getting Pokemon channel on game cube then complete the game to receive Jirachi as the gift at the end, or you could just use cheat device.

Maybe using a Nintendo Event, besides that it doesn't seem possible.
