ANSWERS

1) Rayquaza is at the top of the Sky Pillar, which appears near Pacifidlog after you beat the Elite 4.
2) In Victory Road, you will need Surf, Strength, Flash, Rock Smash, and Waterfall.
3) Pikachu is in the 2 lower areas of the Safari Zone.
4) Good Pokemon against the Elite 4 include Fire, Fighting, Water, Ice, Ground, and Electric.

1 :: After beating the Elite Four and Elite Four Champion, he is located on route 131.
2 :: Best if you have a electric pokémon with you that knows Flash, along with a Geodude or Golem that knows Rock Smash and Strength.
3 :: In the Safari Zone.
4 :: Well there are mix matches so you need a mix matched team.

i beat the elite four with only my blazekin and my flygon they r right now lvl 100 but after u get blazekin lvl 90 and a lvl 85 flygon its easy to beat the elite four.
