Can someone give me a cheat or something to get shiny pkmn without AR or gameshark?

Um FYI.. Thats why AR/GS are made to get certein things you can't get!! You need ar/gs to get shiny Pokemon quikly or you could sit there and wait till one shiny Pokemon appears
Well dude I don't think there is any other cheat that would work if you don't use a action replay or a gameshark, so your out of luck.
About every 1 out of 8192 (or somewhere around that) Pokemon you encounter will be shiny. Good luck!
There are no cheats using just the video game pak, you need a cheat device to cheat.
