Can any1 give me a Tiny walthrough to finding Registeel i've already fornd regice and regirock.
Can any1 give me a list of extremely rare polemon example:RayQuaza,The Regis etc,etc.

I don't know about the False Swipe question, but I know where Registeel is. If you go to Lilycove and head west/left until you can't go any farther west/left, go up the hill until you see the ruins. Also, behind the ruins is a hidden Kecleon.
