Question for Pokemon Ruby

Okay, so I've done this before, but I can't remember how to get the HM Rock Smash. I've already beat the Gym leader in Mauville. Also, do you know how I can get my Pokemon leveled up real fast instead of going through the battles with weak wild pokemon?

You can battle trainers, use the Day-Care or I believe you can from linked battles with your friends.

It's in a house in mauvile, a scientist like dude will give it to you!!, then go to the cave in verdanturf and smash the rock and the ninja dude will give hm strenght!!

Go to the house in the bottom right-hand corner of Mauville City and talk to the "Rock Smash Dude."

Go to all the houses in Mauville. Talk to one of the MEN and he'll give it to you.

You get the Hm from a house in Mauville.

There is a scientist in a little house there, talk to him and he will give you Rock Smash.

If you have a Wave Mail in your Bag, you can give it to the scientist guy in Mauville, and he'll give you Rock Smash in return. Are you familiar with your PokeNav? There's something in it called "Trainer's Eyes". If you select it, you'll see a list of trainers you've battled before. If their name has a flashing PokeBall square next to it, that means they want a rebattle. Battling trainer Pokemon will level your Pokemon up faster than wild Pokemon
