Does anyone know where to find the hm or tm 05 Called Flash because i'm in the ever grand city victory cave and I can see where I'm going! Can somene plz tell me where to find it pllllllllllllllllleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's back in Granite Cave on Route 106; talk to the hiker in the entrance. Since you've gotten to Victory Road I'll assume you've defeated Brawly.

Hm flash is in dewford town. The cave there, there's a dude there inside the cave. He will give it to you moron!!!

Go to the cave in Dewford. There is a caveman almost directly inside the entrance. Talk to him and he will give it to you.

You will find HM 05 - Flash in Dewford town. The man at the entrence of the cave will give it to you.
