Question for Pokemon Ruby

How do you get all legendary Pokemon except for registeel, regirock, regiice, rayquaza and groudon because I allready have those.

You will have to use a cheating device,like a action replay or gameshark.

Ok,

You can get Ho-Oh on Pokemon Colessium. You can get Lugia on Pokemon XD Gale Of Darkness. Celebi is unobtainable without a cheat device. Deoxys is unobtainable without a cheat device. You can get Jirachi off the bonus disk for Pokemon Colessium. Mew is unobtainable without a cheat device.
Latios - Catch when beat the game
Latias - Trade from sapphire
Kyogre - Trade from sapphire.

Latios/Latias: Southern Island (Obtained by E-Reader or Nintendo Event)
Ho-oh: Top of Navel Rock (Obtained by Nintendo Event, FR/LG/E only.)
Deoxys: Birth Island (Obtained by Nintendo Event, FR/LG/E only.)
Mew: World's Edge Island (Obtained by Nintendo Event, E only.)
Mewtwo: Trade from FR/LG.
Zapdos/Articuno/Moltres: Trade from FR/LG.
Raikou/Entei/Suicune: Trade from FR/LG.
Celebii: Japan only. (Cheating works too.)

You can use a cheating device or trade them from FireRed and LeafGreen.
