Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hello! It's me nil_las!
First of all I wanted to thank Cross Stinger for his advice on capturing the Regis, I want Cross Stinger to answer this again.

He's really awsome! I caught the Regis, all 3, because of you,Cross Stinger. And I have Rayquaza now! But my brother does'nt so I wanted to ask how to catch it easier.

Also how do i get Snorunt?
And, How can I catch Latios and Latias together?
Finally, how can I find Latios easier?

Catching? Try whittling their HP down to 'red', and then use a mix of Timer and Ultra Balls. (I caught Registeel with only one Ultra Ball.) For Rayquaza, use a team of Ice-, Dragon-, and Rock-types to whittle Rayquaza's HP to 'red' and then chuck the usual mix of Timer and Ultra Balls.

Snorunt can be found in that icy chamber of Shoal Cave, accessible only during 'low tide'.

Latios and Latias cannot run across Hoenn at the same time, but for Latios on Ruby I suggest importing a Sableye from Sapphire and using Mean Look. You can also use Wobbuffet if Mirror Coat serves it well. For Latias catching on Ruby, you'll have to ge an Eon Ticket and do the usual E-Reader-Mystery Event thing, and then save and go to Lilycove Terminal. (Search for more details.)

Use timer balls or ultra balls. Try outing him to sleep or paralyzing him too.

Go to shoal cava and go into the icy area at low tide.

1. To catch Regice easier get him in the red Zone then use dive ball I think thats the one and keep throwing dive balls at him until he is caught

2. To catch Registeel and/or Regirock get him/ them in the red zone and use the most powerful ball you have (DONT USE MASTER BALL)

3. To get a Snorunt you need to go into Shoal Cave and find an Icey area it is quite hard to find though so it might take a while and i can't remember if its at low tide or high tide,

4. You can't catch Latios and Latias together you have to catch them seperately the red one on Sapphire and blue on Ruby but if you have both you have trade onto the most sompleted game and if you don't have both find a friend who has the opposite game to you.

5. Well you can't really you have to wait until you have beaten the Elite league and he comes when he wants to anywhere i found mine in a grassy area in Mauville but i swapped my rayquaza for Golbat and he flew away so if you have a golbat use mean look to stop him escaping or even train a Cradily up to a Flygon about Lv50
