Question for Pokemon Ruby

How many of each evolution stone can you get, and were do you get them. I know you have to trade these other thingies to this one guy out in the ocean, so were do you get the other thingies that you have to trade to him? And I might as well ask this too, since it is why I am asking this anyway. Where do you catch eevee? I don't even have him on my pokedex.

You must dive in the dark spots to find the shards.

You can possible get 2 of each, but also with a cheating device you can make it unlimated.
