Ok can someone rate my team and if you want, tell any changes I should make.
 
 Kyogre lvl 99
 Thunder,sheer cold,hydro pump,ice beam
 
 Blaziken lvl 99
 Fire blast, flamethrower, sky uppercut, earthquake
 
 Metagross lvl 99
 Meteor mash,psychic,metal claw,pursuit
 
 Vileplume lvl 99
 Giga drain,toxic,solarbeam,sunny day
 
 Dragonite lvl 99
 Outrage,dragon claw,fly, hyper beam

If I were to rate it right now, I give it 7/10. Metagross and Vileplume's movesets could use some work. You also might want to raise them all to lv.100 and catch a 6th pokemon. I suggest catching and Eevee and evolving it into an Umbreon.

Alright I rate it 6/10.you could do with adjusting some move stes also I suggest getting a 6th pokemon.if you still have a MASTER BALL you should get rayquaza from sky pillar.where did you get dragonite.

I have to agree with the answers above some of your pokemons moves are terrible
Just change sheer cold for another move like surf as that has decent attack power and will hit a heck of a lot more often. I would also change fire blast to something else just becuase it's accuracy is a bit lower than other moves and it has low pp personally I would put something like fire punch on there because of it's decent attack power good accuracy and better pp. Now metagross's pursuit come on you gotta know that trainers very rarely switch Pokemon I would change that for another strong psychic or steel move. OK not too muhc to say about vileplume but you could get rid of toxic for another strong grass move but there arent many of those so unless you find a good move it can learn at the move tutors in fallarbour town or you have a good Tm or Hm it can learn just leave it as it is.

Oh also try getting them all to lvl 100.
