Can someone tell me which Pokemon as starters are the best with a mudkip

Well theres Torchic,he is also good,he becomes a Blazeken which can hlep your team out a bit.
Im not quite sure what your asking, your question isnt worded very well. But if you are asking who is the best out of mudkip, treecko or torchic, which I am assuming you are, the answer is straight up mudkip. A lot of people like the other 2 more, but swampert is the best. Now if that didnt answer your question which is possible because I still am not sure what your asking, ask it again and read it over a few times before hitting submit making sure that it makes sense not only in your head but everyone elses too.
Probably Torchic, mainly due because the opponent should have a Treecko (Since you actually choose Mudkip) Torchic will give you the upper hand.
