Question for Pokemon Ruby

I was wondering if Cross Stinger could please help me decide witch mooves to teach my Groudon.

Hear are the moves I'm having trouble deciding:

name damage accuracy pp
eathquake 100 100% 10
eruption 150 100% 5
fire blast 120 85% 5
fissure 1 hit k-o 30% 5
rest ------- --------- 5
solarbeam 120 100% 10

I know that I want at least solarbeam, because it doesn't have to charge in the sun, but I'm having trouble deciding what else to put in. Just give me the best combo ya got.

Crossy doesn't need to tell you that. I recommend that Groudon Knows; Solarbeam, Earthquake, Eruption, And Dragon Claw if you have it, if not Fissure.

Use these moves. Solar beam, Eruption, Earthquake, and you shouldn't do the rest. Just use a heart scale and teach it ancient power. I know I'm not Cross Stinger but I'm next in line....

Yeah, go for Solarbeam with the ability Drought! Good choice. I would recommend Earthquake for same-type attack bonus, Eruption for fending off Ice- and Grass-type foes, and then Ancientpower from Flying Pokémon that can escape Solarbeam with little damage and are unaffected by Earthquake. You can teach Fissure if you want, because it can hit Pokémon using Dig, but it can't touch higher-level Pokémon and its accuracy is only 30 percent.

Although I'm not Cross Stinger, I might be able to give some advice.

First, the numbers you see under accuracy are not the percentage of time the move will hit. Moves with a 100% accuracy will have a note in the writing telling you so.

Now for the move combinations. If you are certain that you want to keep solarbeam, here are a couple of combinations you may decide to use:

dragon claw*
flamethrower*
solarbeam
eathquake/thunderbolt

flamethrower*
thunderbolt*
slash*
solarbeam

If you aren't of the opinion that solarbeam is worth keeping at all costs, delete it for either earthquake or thunderbolt.
Should you be tempted to teach it a move with just 5 pp, remember that by the time it is level 50+ it will have enough power to compensate for the strength deficiencies of the move (unless it has extrordinarily low power, such as in the 40s) and you will be glad you got the increased pp instead.

*these moves, if used together properly, can defeat either any pokemon yet released or any pokemon in Ruby/Sapphire without having to resort to ineffective assualts. A way to check for this is if all the weaknesses of one attack are covered doubly by the other assualt(s) and the two (or three) combined can get through any effect. As an example, dragon is only unable to inflict more than .5 damage on steel. Fire is super effective against steel. Now, a pokemon cannot inflict half damage on another pokemon with multiple move types unless all of the moves are ineffective against at least one of the defender's types. For dragon to be ineffective, the defender must be part steel. Since fire is super effective against steel and cannot be completely negated, even if the steel creature was partially a type that fire attacks are weak against, the steel half would permit fire to attack the defender at normal strength. If you have questions on this subject, feel free to ask.

I would like to add on what C.S. has said. Fissure does have a 30% Accuracy, but the lower the level of the other pokemon, the higher chance it hits. Anyways, Fissure can be handy at times, like when i was in battle tower, When the other pokemon was in trouble, Horn Drill, Sheer Cold, and Fissure defeated my pokemon while my pokemon was winning.
