Question for Pokemon Ruby

I heard about a thing called the "National Pokedex" I need to know if it is real and how to get it. I used my action replay to get alot of pokemon from R/B/Y/G/S/C and they won't show up in my pokedex! By the way, I am the ultimate dragon pokemon master. I might post my team when I train them more. But that's not the point. Just please answer my question.

You get it in Firered and leafgreen coming out in september. In december there will will be a water blue to go with it. To access the n.d. you must beat the pokemon league and Gary but already have at least 60 pokemon in your pokedex. And you are not the dragon master. I have every dragon type exept Kingdra. Actually that's the only pokemon I don't have. Besides Deoxys and Jirachi.

The National Pokedex is automatically obtained when you trade with Leaf Green/Fire Red, coming out in English on Sept. 9, and is used to aquire every data yet. By the way, don't call yourself the ultimate dragon pokemon master. Unless you have checked the dragons of every other person with a pokemon game IN ALL OF OUR UNIVERSE and continue to do so every instant untill your demise, you cannot say that truthfully, since on every game you haven't checked in the last fraction of a second there is a chance that someone has surpassed you. So from now on, try not to make claims you cannot prove true.

LOL I knew the dragon thing would cause such a big conflict....

I didn't really mean it, I just wanted to spice things up a bit. But as for the AR code, does it unlock the full pokedex? because i want to do that myself. I tried alot of codes for the national dex but they all gave me a full pokedex. Thanx for responding

Dragon_Master_Lewis answered:

You can get it in Fire Red or Leaf Green (out in september) but makes sure you've already got 60 pokemon in it!

P.S. I'm the Dragon Master I have every single dragon type at level 100 and the rest of the Pokemon too (apart from Jirachi or deoxys).
