Hi does anyone know how to get a yellow oddish because I'm looking for one and I can't find it

Shiny Pokemon are just luck so you'll just have to search around.
Shiny Pokemon are hard to find, you have 1/8690 chaces to find one in the wild. The others use cheat codes but I would not suggest it though because it ca wreck your game, it's your choice man!!.
Just look in the grass where Oddish is located,it will take time to find a shiny you know.
Either trade from other game like leaf green or fire red or I caught one by walking in saffari zone
A yellow oddish is a shiny oddish. You must encounter it. You have 1/8192, chance of catching a shiny Pokemon.
