Hey! I was just wondering where I could get TM28 (Dig)? Or what Pokemon has dig and or at what level they get it. I am trying to unlock the Regi's but I don't have dig!

You get TM28 (dig) by talking to the fossil maniac in his house to the left of fallabor town.

You can get it when you go to the dig man in fallarbor and I think Trapinch learns it as well.

Technical Machine #28 (Dig) is acquired from a child in the Fossil Maniac's house, which is in Fallarbor Town. Trapinch learns the move at level 41. This means, however, that you will have to postpone its evolution into Vibrava by six levels.

You can catch a diglet or a dugtrio and they will know dig or you can find dig on route 114

Get dig from the fossil maniac's house or from a sandshrew/sandslash. Not sure what lvl but they definetely learn it.

Fossil maniac's house is west of fallabor.

Diglett, Dugtrio, Nincada, and Trapinch.

Dig can be obtained from the Fossil Maniac (the place where you find Ditto).

Diglett, Dugtrio, Nincada, and Trapinch can learn Dig.
