Question for Pokemon Ruby

I was wondering before i challenge the pokemon league, does my team need improving?

Manectric Lv 40
Thunder, bite, Iron Tail, Strength

Slaking Lv 44
Slash, Thunderbolt, Shadow ball, Yawn

Sceptile Lv 50
Leaf Blade, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Aerial Ace

Kyogre Lv 50
Hydro Pump, Surf, Ice Beam, Dive

Groudon Lv 70
Fissure, Earthquake, Solarbeam, Dragon Claw

Rayquaza Lv 77
Outrage, Fly, Waterfall, Rock Smash

P.S. I want my first three pokemon to be able to do Lv. 50 Battle Tower.

First of all I need to know if you got that kyogre and rayquaza in a trade becase you can not catch it before hand. But yeah it's great. Just teach your Rayquaza ancient power instead of rock smash. Just use a heart scale. And otherwise it's great!

First of all, I don't know how you got Rayquaza because he can only be caught after you beat the Pokemon League.

You must've traded, right! Then no problem here,the elite four is to weak to face three legendary pokemon.

Oh,and for the battle tower.Your Sceptile is fully raised for the LV50 challenge.So forget about Sceptile.

Your Manetric and Slaking though,need to be trained to LV50.Their moves are all perfectly fine.J

Just do what I say!

You have an awesome team. Your team is better than Cross Stinger. Just Put your first two pokemon at level 50.
