Ok I'm realy confused.bagon is not in the place were you get tm(2) my pokedex says hes not even in metor falls..plz tell me how to get him.

He is in meteor falls, thats were I caught him and he was holding a dragon scale. Just wait a few minutes and he will show up.

You have to go deeper into the cave I think hes around lvl 30 to lvl 35.GOOD LUCK CATCHING HIM

It. And it is where Tm2 Dragon claw is just be patient.
