Question for Pokemon Ruby

Once Pokerus has disappeared, does the stat increase change back to normal or does Pokerus stay with the Pokemon and stats continue to improve?

Pokerus is gone when it's gone, simple as that. You'll have to get it again for all the effects of it.

There is a black dot next to the level in the Pokemon Stats, does that mean it is immune from getting Pokerus again?
