Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hey there. I just found my Ruby version, and have a few questions.

1. I looked at a few Pokemon in my PC and they had (drumroll) Pokerus! (you know how if your Pokemon got frozen, a small thing would appear under the pic with frz under it? It looks like that only with PkRS) What does it do, and how can you spread it to others? (The Pokemon afflicted: LV 37 Sharpedo, LV 35 Mightyena, Lvl 28 Psyduck, Lvl 12 Dustox, Lvl 16 Skarmory, and one other..forgot it though)

2. My team sucks, and I also used the Masterball on Groudon (I know that was incredibly dumb, but I haven't the heart to reset it, and I was new to Ruby when I did that. Now I regret that, but I've caught Rayquazas and one of the two rare birds with other types of Balls) I need some help on what to teach my current team (strongest Pokemon) or who and what to catch to make it easier to take down the elite 4.

Groudon/Roude Lvl 52 (remember, I haven't played in a few years)
Slash
Fire Blast
Ancientpower
??? Forgotten temporarily

Swellow/Ray Lvl 50
Fly (typical)
Aerial Ace
Steel Wing
Wing Attack

Blaziken/Kien Lvl 46 (i've neglected her, and yes, my blaziken is a girl)
Ember (will replace with either fire punch, or some other better move you suggest)
Earthquake (a dumb choice, but what do you expect?)
Double Kick (too good to pass up)
Blaze Kick (useful to use when Ember just doesn't cut it)

Ninetails/Vixen Lvl 44
Overheat (once again, a stupid move, but pretty powerful if she gets hit by fire and her flash fire increases the power)
Safeguard
Fire Blast
Flamethrower
(just a note, all these moves were taught/learned for participation in Beauty Contests)

Azumarill/Azurill Lvl 42
Surf
Double Edge
Waterfall
??? Not sure what to teach

Those are my above LVL 40 Pokemon. I know I need at least one Bug, Dragon and/or Dark type in my team, but let's put simply: I suck at training. Feel free to criticize and make suggestions.

3. Where do you find Sea Incense? I really want an Azurill.

4. Can you catch Volbeat in this version?

I know this is a bit of a long list, but these were in the back of my head and nagging me to no end.

1. I think their stats are raising up, not sure though, to spread it, just keep the Pokemon that has pokerus in your pc.

2.get rid your ninetales and azumaril, put a good water,grass,electric or psychic on your team. I won't rate them for now. Elite 4 uses dark,gost,ice + water and dragon. The champion uses water type pokemon.

4.yes! Near mauville city, there's a grassy part there and a small tree is blocking it, use cut and wait couple of minutes till you find him.

try to seperate your team from the pokemon you use in the contest.

I'll give it a shot, well first of all Pokerus is a good thing it doubles your stat growth
Teach Roude Pump up it'll help with Ancientpower's attack factor when facing Drake's Altaria and Salamence. Remember your team doesn't suck the only thing that makes it seem sucky is that that's what you've been telling yourself. Replace Kien's Ember with Flamethrower. Vixen is just fine. Teach Azurill Ice Beam it will help alot. I think sea incence is in the graveyard in Mt. Pyre. No you can't catch Volbeat here.

You're team is good if you havent played in a while but I recomend training new pkmn.anyway good stuff =)
