1.Shaol Cave(I think).

2.Victory Road and Pokemon League.

1. I think you get Macho Brace at the Winstrate family home when you defeat them. Talk to Victoria and shell give you it. (they are on route 111)
2.The best place to raise high level pokemonis either Victory Road, for water, flying,grass,fighting, psychic, ground and steel. The water around evergrande city, for electric and grass.

1. You get the macho brace above mauville town route 111..there is a house you have to defeat all 4 trainers and then after you do that go inside the house and talk to the grandma or the mom.

2. A good place to train high level Pokemon is the eltie four, victory road, or wally

Theres a house up mauvill city, battle the family there, after you beat them talk to the lady and she will give you the macho braces.

If your training for the elite 4, the best place to train is in the wild and the trainers.
If you beat the elite 4, just battle them again.

You get it in the house with the family of battlers above Mauville City.
It depends how high if they are Around 30 then try Eastern of Fortree City Fourty go to the Waters around Evergrande City and if they are 50-60 try Victory Road and if Higher try going through th elite four with one Pokemon It might be rough but it works quickly.

Hey bagon99 heres how to get macho brace head NORTH from mauville. Follow the path and go up the stairs and you should see a house with a man stood in the door way of a house talk to him and he will ask you to take on his whole family (4 people) any way there not that difficult. Once you have beaten them all enter the house and talk to them and one them will give you the macho brace.

A good place to train high level Pokemon is the Pokemon league defeat them as much as you want untill you have the perfect team. Okay I hope that helped that helped.

1.At the Winstrate family(above Mauville City) after you beat all 4 members of their family,go inside and talk to their Grandma.
2.At night before you go to bed,put the pok'emon you want at a high level in the day care and go to the sandstorm where the sandy slope is and get on your Acro Bike and find some to hold the UP button down and leave it like that over night then when you wake up the next morning takae it off and go to the daycare and tak your pok'emon out that's all!!
