3.Does anyone know an easier way to get a "Dragon Scale",rather than the way where you have to keep on catching Bagon and Horsea ,cause I'm getting fedup of it.

You use thief --- catching them is a less likely way to get the dragon scale - so use thief or covet/covert - either one of those moves. They are kinda rare so keep on trying you'll get it aventually.
