Question for Pokemon Ruby
I'm trying to complete my pokedex, I was wondering...how do you get a crobat? I don't understand what all the help sites are talking about when they say to raise golbat's happiness to the maximum, if someone could help me that would be greatly appreciated

Hey I had a Crobat once in pokemon gold and silver - its not hard - if you want to get a crobat keep on leveling up ur golbat and make sure it doesn't faint!
The more they faint the more they hate you - ok here's what im talking about, pokemon actually have an unseen level bar of their happyness, supposibly if you give your Pokemon the right type of pokeblocks it is an easy way to get them to "love" you.. or you can just level them up and make sure they never loose - it takes time but if you want to check if your golbat is almost ready to evolve into a crobat go to Slateport city and talk to one of the women standing where you can buy items that Pokemarts dont sell - such as calcium and blacks for ur secret base - she will tell you if your pokemon looks friendly towards you. But make sure your Golbat is at the front of your party.
If your Golbat likes you then she will give you something - but don't get hyped up about it .. It's nothing really good .... I know its a lnog answer but I made it as precise as I could, hope ya get one man/gal... they pretty kool >:^)

First get a Golbat and battle with it give it berries pokeblocks because it can only evolve with friendship. For example when I was battling the elite four my golbat was hurt. So I called it back and when I finished the battle my Golbat evolved into Crobat and I didn't raise a level.

Hi I think I can help you there!
Well I have my own Crobat and bassically it's really simple all you have to do is keep leveling up your Golbat (start with a Zubat) because as you keep leveling it up it likes you more and more and then when it likes you alot it will evolve! So keep on training with your Golbat!

P.S.: I caught my Zubat at level 36 and all I did was level it up and now I have a level 55 Crobat!

I got my crobat by giving it a protein and a calcium and instead of leveling it up by training give it a rare candy trust me its worth it but if it doesnt work first time keep using more vitamins
P.S my golbat was 27 when it evolved.
