1.Could someone please tell me where sky pillar is so I can catch Rayquaza pleeeeeeeeeeeeease!!!
<BR>2.I need to know what kind of team I need to beat the elite 4.

The Sky Pillar is just right of Pacifilog(sp?) town. Surf near the north rocks until you come to a gap.

I beat the Elite 4 with only my lv. 67 Swampert

I think you have to beat the Elite 4 first, then catch Rayquaza. (Thats what I did)

1you have to go to the town thats floating on the warter you swim up a bit and you will find some rocks you should be able to go through them like a maze.2 swampert,pyshic Pokemon,dragon Pokemon you will want 2 tunder Pokemon and a ground type pokemon.yes you have to beat the elite 4...

1) Once you beat the elite four go to route 131.
2) No it's not possible.
