Question for Pokemon Ruby

Do you need to beat the Battle Tower in order to go to Johnto(sp?)

And how do I get more master balls?

1) you can't go to johto in ruby, but in emerald you can catch some johto Pokemon after you beat the leauge (in the safari zone)

2) you can only get more master balls through game shark cheats, or by another game with master balls. (giving 1 to a Pokemon, then trading it)

30 and you don't have to beat the battle tower to get anything, it is just there for fun.

You can't go to johto!

You have to use a cheat device to get more of them!

1.You can't go to Johto at all.

2.You will have to use a cheating device like a gameshark or a action replay.

You cannot go to other regions, You only stay in the Hoenn.
