Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi I am having trouble deciding on a good 6 Pokemon team
Like I don't know what types to choose or what moves to teach them
Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions that could help me.

P.s lvl is not a problem nor is availability of Pokemon as I have actually already completed the game using just swampert and have a lot of pkmn in the pc.

You'll have to make one of your own. Pick the 6 Pokemon out if 386 a that you think is good, give them your prefered moves. Make sure to give them moves that counters thier weakness. Then post up your team and we'll rate them.

Groudon- solarbeam, eruption, earthquake, slash(learns all by itself)
Swampert- earthquake, ice beam, a water move whichever you like, endeavor
Exploud(if you can get snorlax from another game, get it and teach it snore, rest, hyper beam and body slam)- snore(egg move, get another Pokemon like grumpig, have a male and have it know snore and mate it w/ a female one) rest, hypervoice/hyperbeam(your choice, or both, if not then water pulse, falmethrower, shockwave, etc.)
Alakazam- pyschic, recover, shadow ball, shock wave
Ludicolo(from sapphire, can you get it?)- rain dance(have it have the ability for rain dish, then it can recover HP) ice beam, giga drain(have it have miracle seed, can get it in petalburg woods, bring up the grass attack), and hydro pump
Zapados perfered, if not, lanturn(make sure it has volt absorb ability)- thunderbolt, ice beam/blizzard, surf/hydro pump, confuse ray, zapados- drill peck, thunder/thunderbolt, steel wing(good against rock, it's one of two weakness, other is ice which is usually part water or something so electic should take care of it) and hyperbeam/anything your heart desires

I think a good choice would be using; Rayquaza, Blaziken, Groudon, Metagross, Salamance and Exploud. They have good move sets and powerful attacks when you need them.
