Well there is an AR code to find it when you fish on the first few tries but I don't know it.(sorry)

Beccamc answered:

No, I'm sorry, I had to do it the hard way as well, but keep up the hard work and it will eventually pay off!

Feebas is driving me nuts so I just use a cheat device to get him! But if your patient fish in rout 119 I think! Near fortree(spell) use old rod by the way!

la_tortue_francaise answered:

It only appears in 6 tiles of water at a time on Route 119. This is annoying because there are loads of tiles in the route (a tile is the smallest distance you can move in the game) but in each tile it is in it is pretty common - 75% of the Pokemon there are Feebas. Get "a Pokemon on the hook!" about 4-5 times to make sure you don't miss it and if you don't see it, chances are it doesn't live in that tile. Also, once you find the tile, that is a tile Feebas will live in until you change the phrase in Dewford or start a new game. So you can get as many as you like there. This may seem random or unbelievable - I didn't believe it until I saw it - but it is true. I really hope this helps. Also, I've answered this question a couple of times before so you should read the questions that've already been asked in case it's been answered.

Aeon-Flux answered:

When the rain comes in and there is thunder and lighting, is when Feebas is around. But he can also be around during sunshine. But harder.
