Can anybody tell me how to get Secret Power ,TM43, and how to use it in the grass.

Thers ine guy will give it to yoy for free and theres a shop where you could by secret power and hidden power. It's in slateport.then the find some big three's or some black box in the wall
You can buy it from a guy in Slateport market. I don't think you can use it in the grass. You have to use it on one of those holes in the walls, or on a big tree or something. Hope I helped!
It's from the lad by the tree above the Desert on Route 111 and, once you get it from him, in the Slateport Market. This is used to create Secret Bases from hedges, cliff indents, and large trees.
There is a guy next to a tree. He will give it to you and tell you how to use it.
