Where would I be able to catch Latios, I just can't seem to find it, also what would be the best way to catch it?

Also very hard, just as I told you how to get latias.I think that possibly it could be that latias and latios may show up in different versions (ruby and sapphire).so you might want to start trading.(hint:Also be on the lookout for secret golden pokemon.I found a golden golbat in the cave that leads to the elite four.

They both are located in different versions.So start trading.But if you do happen to see one, use a master ball, because latios will flee opon a hit or an escape from a poke ball.

You have to defeat the eile four,and look for it on the water or in the grass.

Latios appears randomly around Hoenn. Good luck finding it!

I usally see latios when I'm in the ocean by the 8th gym leaders place.

I usually found them route 203. Try running around there for a while, it might just randomly show up. Running around without caring whats up you can find him too.
