How do you get Mew, Lugia, and celebi? Also does the new Pokemon game, Gale of Darkness, do the same as Pokemon colesseum where you can put captured Pokemon onto gba ruby,saphire,leaf green, fire red? Are there the same Pokemon in these games or should I buy both?

Well, Mew, Lugia and Celebi are not Ruby Pokemon so that'll be why you can't get them. I don't think there is any way of getting any of these Pokemon on Ruby version but there might be an Action Replay code or Game Shark code. And also I don't know what Gale of Darkness is so I can't help you there sorry. :(

Get a lv.39 abra & ditto & put them in daycare
Until that old guy gives you the egg.

I acsidently did vertify for your answer charziard, and no i dont think you can get them sorry and i never played gale of darkness, sorry again.

The only way I or anyone else could receive these Pokemon at the time was cheating with an Action Replay or GameShark. That will be your only approach.
