Ok I have had enough with stupid Kingdra! I know I need a Dragon Scale and I know you get it on stupid Horsea and Bagon. But I don't have a Pokemon that knows theif. Or any Pokemon that knows covet. What pokemon can learn these moves and at what lv. Crossy help!

These are a few exemples.
Mightyena can learn theif at level 52.
Poochyena can learn theif at level 45.
Zigzagoon can learn covet at level 29.
Linoone can learn covet at level 35.
Slakoth can learn covet at level 31.
You may also the theif or snatch tm's (46 and 49).
I'm not Crossy, but I can help. I had a hard time too, but I got my slaking to learn covet by using a heart scale and the move tutor. You can also simply catch a zigzagoon and it will learn covet at Lv. 29. Hope I helped.
P.S.- Your pokemon can not hold an item while using covet or thief.
