Wailord:
OK, this is the worst moveset I've ever seen. What if you go up against a Grass, Dragon, or another Water type Pokemon? You only have Water type moves. You would only get half damage for each of those types, and they could probably beat you in one move easily. This would be a better moveset:
Rest (Make it hold a Chesto Berry so it won't sleep)
Ice Beam
Water Spout/Surf
Toxic
See, this is much better. Use Rest whenever it's about to faint, and the Chesto Berry will wake it up. Ice Beam, to beat Dragon types and Grass types. And Flying types. Water Spout or Surf because you need a Water type move on a Water Pokemon. And Toxic, if you're going up against a strong Pokemon. I'd give this Pokemon a 5/10 because of the moves, and it's at a lower level than the other Pokemon. Level it up about 15-20 levels and it will be much better.

Swampert:
Another bad moveset. First off, why have a Pokemon with all Water moves, and then another Pokemon with three Water moves. That's sad. Try this moveset:
Ice Beam
Earthquake
Surf
Hidden Power/Return
Ice Beam gets rid of Swampert's only weakness, so this is a must have move, of you don't have it, you will have a hard time winning against Grass Pokemon. Earthquake is also a good move to have because Swampert is a Ground type. Surf, do I need to explain? Hidden Power or Return, go look on google how to figure out what your Hidden Power is, and if you don't like it, use Return. I also suggest you give it a Lum berry, because it's a very good berry because it heals any status problem. I'd give it 7/10, because of the moves. The level's fine.

Groudon:
Well, they're getting better. This one only has two not so good moves. Let me explain them. Fissure has a 30% chance of hitting. With that kind of percentage, that is the worst move I've ever seen. Hyper Beam, why a Normal move on a super powerful Pokemon? It also makes your Pokemon recharge. With Groudon you could have used that move beating another Pokemon. Recharging is a waste of time. How about using Flamethrower (on a Fire Pokemon!?) and Slash, because Flamethrower, I don't need to explain, and Slash is a Normal move, so you still have one, and it has a high critical hit ratio, so it is sort of powerful. Just in case if you can't beat a Pokemon with the other moves. Give it a Lum berry, for the same reasons as Swampert. 6/10 Because it's better than the other ones.

Armaldo:
Are you only using them to level up and get rid of, or to use? Anyways, Awful moveset. Cut, Watergun, and Rocksmash are some of the worst possible moves to have. If you want an awesome moveset, try this one:
Metal Claw
Water Pulse
Sand Storm
Protect
Should I explain? 3/10, because of moves, and level.(Lum berry)

Beldum:
OK, this is pathetic. Now, let's try this moveset:
Takedown
Nice. (sarcasm, duh) OK, I can fix this. Here's a few different movesets, to change along with the levels:
20-30:
Psychic
Earthquake
Rest (give it Chesto berry, and it's really cool, because when it gets to red HP, I mean if, you can heal, and it will make your opponent angry, because it's hard to beat a Metang)
Metal Claw
31-40:
Same as before.
41-50:
Psychic
Earthquake
Rest
Meteor Mash
51-100:
This is optional, but you could replace Rest with Iron Defense.
Hopefully this will plan you ahead. Now, for the rating of the Pokemon! 1/10! Yeah! I hope you were expecting this, because of two things. 1) There's only one move. (not really your fault though, but still, I have to be strict if you want to be better) 2) There's a 54 level difference between this Pokemon and your strongest Pokemon. Just follow my instructions and you should be fine.

Rating:
Pokemon:
(The Pokemon you use, not the moves, levels, or anything else)
8/10.
You would have a 10, if you didn't have 2 water Pokemon. But I think you made some pretty good choices besides that.

Levels:
5/10.
This isn't that your Pokemon aren't strong, but there's just a huge difference in some Pokemon. Your team needs to be balanced. Would you win, if you had a level 100 Blaziken that fainted, and you send out your only other Pokemon, and it's at level 50 (don't forget that you're battling a Pokemon that beat a level 100 Pokemon)? I didn't think so.

Moves:
4/10.
Too many of the same type moves. Here's a little piece of information I learned that really helped me:
Never use more than one of one type of move on one Pokemon.
Here's an example:
You have an awesome Pikachu that has never been beaten before. It has these moves: Thunder, Thunderbolt, Thunderwave, and Rain Dance. You go into a battle with one of your friends, and they send out a Swampert. Oops. Swampert is a Ground type Pokemon, so Electric types don't affect it. So you can't use Thunder, Thunderbolt, or Thunderwave. The only move you have left, is Rain Dance (let me point out that Rain Dance makes Water type moves more powerful) So immediately, you lose, because you can't hurt the other Pokemon, and the only move you can use only helps Swampert.

That probably wouldn't happen with your Wailord, but still, always follow the rule.

Overall:
6/10

I hope this helps!!(because it took 45 minutes to do) =P
