To catch Jigglypuff, you must go to route 115, the route straight above Rustboro. To find Pinsir, You need to have the Mach Bike. Use it to go to the Northwestern corner of the Safari Zone.

You can find Pinser in the Safari Zone...(not rure what area) and I have JiggleyPuff but dont know where to find it...

Pinsir: Safari Zone Northwest (scarce)
