Question for Pokemon Ruby

I'm trying to pick a good team for the elite four. Any suggestions? Please list the moves and perhaps a strategy also.

Ok:

Sydney-Hmm...I just went all out with semi-powerful moves. (E.G. Leaf Blade, Cut) The levels of his Pokemon aren't really that strong, just bring something good against Dark and normal types.

Phoebe-Ok, no Normal types for her. I would try and get rid of her Pokemon quickly with a move such as Ice Beam or a Dark Move like Faint Attack. (You May need more then 1 faint attack depending on your pokemon's stats and level.) Make sure you have alot of PP ups for her, because many of her Pokemon have Pressure so it raises your PP usage everytime you attack. (E.g. 1 attack uses 2 PP.)

Glacia-Fire and Grass, Plainly said. I would NOT recommend groudon. Though he can learn fire moves, do not over look that he is still a ground type, and that one Ice moves will hit him hard. I would recommend someone like Macargo, Or Definately Blaziken if you picked him. Just have someone with any grass move for her Sealios and Wailreins.

Drake-I used Rayquaza for this, only because Dragon move are good against dragon moves. HOWEVER, my rayquaza was around lvl 90 at the time, so I wasn't worried about having him die. I would recommend an Ice type Pokemon, instead of a Dragon. Since all of his Pokemon are Dragon, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Icy Wind etc..will all prove very effective.

Steven-This is a tough one. I would have a Strong Ice type, a strong water type and a strong Electric Type for steven. Good moves-Ice beam, Surf, Hydro Pump, Thunderbolt, Thunder (Maybe Thunder). For Steven I just played it by ear and went all out with all my strongest attacks and Items because all your Pokemon get healed after you beat it. Hope I helped!!!
