Does anybody know what you are supposed to do with the eon ticket or any information that has to do with it if you do please post ASAP.

Give it to the guy on the docks in Lillycove City,and he will take you to southren island.
Provided that you got it legitimately (with the E-Reader), talk to the harbour master at the Lilycove ferry terminal.
You can get the eon ticket with a action replay
Then go to the action replay codes on the supercheats website
Talk to the lady in front of the boat at the dock in Lilycove. She will take you there upon request.
