Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hey!

I need help on a couple things im stuck on...

1. Can you get into Johto Region, and if so how do i?

2. Im stuck on pokemon league. My Team Is :-

Groudon - level 51

Sceptile - level 45

Shelgon - Level 42

Gyrados - level 38

Swello - level 34

Aggron - level 42

Is there any suggestions to help me improve/edit my team to have a good team?

1 YOU CANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2 Raise your Groudon to level 60 or higher,teach your Sceptile Dragon Claw,make sure your Shelgon knows some dragon moves,teach your Aggron Surf,ditch your Swellow and get a strong fighting pokemon.Also try to teach your Gyrados a dark type move.

When you battle Sidney, use your fighting pokemon.
When you battle Pheobe,use a pokemon with dark moves,or ghost moves.
When you battle Glacia,use your fighting pokemon(again)
When you battle Drake use your Sceptile or Shelgon's dragon moves.
When you battle Steven, use your aggron that knows surf and your groudon that knows fissure and fire blast.

I can't answer your first question but I can answer the second one.

I'm also stuck in the pokemon league but one thing I know is to level up your pokemon to lv.60. Cause the pkmn league's pokemon is lv.40+ and up.

Train Harder!!!
