How do you get an eon ticket on ruby because I've talked to loads of people but no one has it

Go on Ebay and buy a eon ticket for the e-reader and buy an e-reader if you don't have it. Have two gameboys, put the e-reader in one gameboy and ruby in the other then do mystery event in ruby, and then go to peltburg gym talk to your dad and you should have it go to slatport city and take the ferry

Okay D-Man. The thing bout the eon ticket is that there is no way to get it except these: 1. Cheating 
with AR/GS. 2. Get an e-reader and scan the eon ticket card.
