Do you think this is a good team for taking on the Elite Four, if not can you help me what to do with them, e.g. Different attacks, higher levels:

Hmm, Id level them up a bit more and get new moves for registeel.

Okay here are some tips.
1. Lock-on is only really good for Pokemon moves that have low accuracy. 2. Train a lot more or you're going to get beat up real bad. The First guy has Pkmn levels 45 - 50, 2nd has even higher levels. The farther you get the higher the levels will be.
3. Groudon could use the Fire Blast instead of Flamethrower. You get Fire Blast at Lilycove Department Store.

Personally I would punt them up to about 65 then you're good to go
