Well... I caught my Groudon with an Ultraball after 10 tries with em... so I'd try an Ultraball... as 4 Kyroge I don't know because I got Ruby, not Sapphire.

Either ultra ball luxury ball premier ball or timer ball. (I caught Kyogre with a great ball but it was a fluke)

For Groudon use an Ultra ball.
For Kyogre use a Net ball.

I caught Crudon by useing an ultra ball but put him into red life.

Kyorge=dive ball
Groudon=timer or ultra balls
