Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hello Fello Gamers.

I have been looking on many sites for a while now trying to get a Deepseatooth/Deepseascale, I finally found out I needed to go to the Abandoned ship and find the Scanner.. However, I have no idea where Captin Stern is now...Can someone please help?

Also.. I've read many times, "you get either the Deepseatooth OR Deepseascale," is it possible to get both without restarting?

I need them so I can evole Clampearl.

For anyone who knows...
About a Dragonscale.. I have also been looking for.. I read it's on wild Drangonairs and are rare.. ( I think this applies for Fire Red.. ) I'm pretty sure the only Wild dragonairs are in the Safari Zone ( in FR ) So is that the only place I can get one?

He is in slateport in the boat garage.

Hi there are the answers.

Captain Stern is at Lilycove or Staleport.
You have to trade clamperl to evole him.
Youonly an get both by Game shark or Action reply.
You can't get dragonair in ruby.
