 Second what Pokemon learn 1 hit ko moves/ and what levels do they learn them at.
 
 And what does eruption do. What is it's strength

Spheal is in Shoal Cave, and Eruption has a power of 150 but gets weaker if the Pokémon is weak.

Guillotine is learned by Krabby (34), Kingler (38), Pinsir (37), Gligar (52), Corphish (44), and Crawdaunt (52). Horn Drill is learned by Nidoran (male) (47), Nidorino (53), Rhyhorn (38), Goldeen (43), and Seaking (49) and is an egg move of Seel and Lapras. Fissure is learned by Diglett (49), Dugtrio (61), Camerupt (56), Barboach (44), Whiscash (52), and Groudon (60) and is an egg move of Snorlax, Phanpy, Wailmer, and Spheal. Sheer Cold is learned by Dewgong (34), Lapras (55), Articuno (85), Glalie (61), Spheal (49), Sealeo (55), and Walrein (61).

Groundon learns fissure at 60 and kyorge learns sheer cold at 60

1) Go to the city were the 7th gym is, and surf in the water and go around the land that the city you went to sits on, then if you go north there is a cave, and the Pokemon rest inside.
2) Kyogre does, but he is on Pokemon Sapphire.
